Benefits of Online-counselling:
Similar in effectiveness to traditional in-person therapy, online therapy has its own unique benefits.
These benefits include:
Convenience: You can access counselling services from anywhere in the world, at a time that fits your schedule. You will be able to connect with your therapist in between your busy work schedule, from the comfort of your own home, or during a vacation.
Accessibility: Online counselling provides a solution for those who cannot access counselling in-person due to far geographical-distances, transportation issues, or other reasons.
Affordability: By connecting with your therapist remotely, you will be able to save on expenses such as transportation fees, parking fees or child-care expenses.
Privacy: By using secure (HIPPA regulated) platforms, our therapists ensure confidentiality for all correspondences, whether it is through the phone, video-conferencing or online-chatting.
Therapists use a range of techniques such as CBT, EFT, Mindfulness and Gestalt therapy. Concerns addressed include, but are not limited to anxiety, trauma, depression, self esteem, family dynamics, and marriage counselling. Online counselling available for adult clients only.
Online Counselling Service
By purchasing an hour of online counselling services, you will be entitled to an hour long session with a licensed therapist.
The cost of our online counselling services is 120$ for an hour long session. After purchasing your session, BLCC will contact you to set up an appointment time. BLCC will match each client to the right therapist depending on each client's needs and requests, and the therapists' expertise.
Prior to beginning an online counselling session, the client must complete the intake process with their therapist or BLCC's administrative support team. Therapy sessions can not begin without completing the intake first.
